We are a wilderness-based leadership development firm, using nature as the entry point to coaching, leadership and team development. Our work with individuals includes wilderness immersion programs and individualized 1-1 coaching. Our work with teams includes customized leadership retreats in nature, supporting team members to deepen their relationship with their own self and with their fellow team members. We design custom program offerings for clients, as well as offering periodic workshops in unique nature settings.
